Receiving data on the x drip app

An update: somehow I did it now! Sooo proud of myself! Cant see how I can delete the post, so guess it will stay here :)
Hi everyone
I desperately need your help.
I am using eversense, and lately changed my reciever
Somehow the x drip app was uninstalled, not sure why.
I reinstalled it, but just can't make it recieve the data from the eversense app.
I really need the loop, and it's very frustrating for me, so would really appreciate ant attempt to help.
