Create a challenge based on a misconfigured integration with keybase so you can find a secret there :)

With keybase.pub closed, we have to have a service account to still make this happen. I actually don't really see a scenario where we should use this anymore. @bendehaan should we have a public group chat or something where we store a secret? Or shall we close this challenge?

Conclusion in call with @bendehaan : given development of keybase and lack of keybase.pub, accidental publications are going to be somewhat hard, other than our own private files made public but that requires a keybase app to be installed+account.
