Spout not picking up any "spout senders"

Describe the bug
The drop menu to Spout capture is not capturing Veadotube, an application I have and still use on a laptop. When trying to replicate the process on a PC, Spout not longer wishes to capture the application.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Veadotube application
2. Set "Spout Stream" to ON
3. Go to OBS '+' in SOURCES and add "Spout 2 Capture"
4. Click on "Spout sender" drop bar
5. See error

Expected behavior
Veadotube application opens and set to "Spout Stream: ON" and the drop screen for OBS Spout 2 captures "Spout senders" has a bar showing name and image of application
