Remove/clarify references to switched off features

I've recently installed TWBob using the Linux executable, specifically for the advertised federation features.

I then spent a good few hours scratching my head, just trying to find the UI settings advertised in the documentation, and then a few more trying to get the manual settings to work, with no indication/errors as to why nothing was working.

Having finally descended into the codebase to see what was going on, I found that the federation features have been deliberately switched off (for good, security-based reasons).

Please consider updating the feature list to clarify that federation (inc. chat and wiki syncing) is not a current feature of TW5-Bob, and also update the documentation to remove/clarify references to it, so that other people don't have the same frustration I did!
