GPL Logo blends-in with mouse-over colour #4

Rolling over the GPL logo with your mouse makes the background colour the same as the logo colour:

Versus when it's left alone:

Suggested Fix:

Make the roll-over colour blue, similar to the OpMon logo.

Alternative Fix:

If the logo's usage guide allows to have its colour changed, change the logo to White.
