Forked rule from an already existing rule does not work

To reproduce create a rule from an existing rule in dashboard. I suspect the problem is not in Frontend, because it does not even receive the alert from rule engine. I suspect therefore the Gearpump itself, here is the log from gearpump when I create the forked rule:
