Can't get the list of built-in default ComponentTypes at API Documentation

When you try to see the built-in component types at the api documentation, it gives the error 'cannot get component types'.

Steps to reproduce:

make start to start the system
go to localhost and from there open the documentation
go to the component types section, click the 'see list here' to get the error
