v3.2.9使用哨兵进行主从切换，新的slave不能同步master

使用哨兵对3.2.9版本的pika进行主从切换，切换完后，新的slave不能对master进行同步，提示如下：
W1221 11:16:50.931236 27009 pika_repl_server_conn.cc:151] Slave offset is not a start point of cur log, Slave ip: xxx, Slave port: xxx, Partition: db0, cloest start point, filenum: 23756, offset: 35711182

最后只能做了一次全量同步。

你的全量同步还能正常吗 我得报错1122 23:16:07.157054 79038 pika_partition.cc:388] db0 create new backup failed :IO error: While opening a file for sequentially reading: ./db/db0/sets/OPTIONS-000038: No such file or directory
