We have 2 product teams consisting of a product manager and engineers. They work in different departments of the business with specific stakeholders.
Each product team would work closely together on common goals. They would collaborate in agile refinement meetings, code and stakeholder reviews, pair sessions.
Demand team
The demand team is responsible for generating demand and growth - new customers and new revenue.
The demand product team work on products developed for the customers and support marketing, editorial
and account management.
Supply team
The supply team is responsible for supplying the products - catalogue, logistics and operations.
The supply product team work on ensuring product data is correct and products arrive on time.
They would support the brands, catalogue and operations teams.
