Improve the way we track softwares for vulnerability management

Use case

Sme users would like to track software without using CPEs while other would to track against each CPEs. Therefore, we need to find a good and unified view to achieve this, since merging two software in the first case would result for user in creating a new softare with the same name but with a specific CPE given the deduplication mechanism takes it into account.
