[Playbook] Untranslated window

Description

When enrolling an entity (e.g. Report) to a playbook, the sidebar is always in English

Also, the translation of "Enroll in playbook" into French seems bad, i.e. "S'inscrire au cahier de jeu"

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Put your platform in French.
2. Go on a report and enroll it in a playbook.

3. Look at the side window that appeared: it is in English.

Expected Output

• Have the side window in French,
• Have a better translation of "Enroll in playbook", e.g. "Envoie vers/dans un playbook"

Note that in "Data > Processing", when you are on a playbook, it is noted "Playbook est arrêté", or "Le Playbook est en cours d'exécution" (and not "cahier de jeu")
