test_move_files_nesting results(?) in "Fatal Python error: Segmentation fault" once in a while

Initially observed in

• Allow for .bids-validator-config.json filename #3141
  but looking through the history found prior cases, e.g. https://github.com/OpenNeuroOrg/openneuro/actions/runs/10728900849/job/29754439687 which is after merging
• feat(server): Add flag to enable schema validator for individual datasets #3140

apparently it seems likely to be something fresh! I used https://github.com/con/tinuous to start (from July 2024) fetching all CI logs to my server (let me know if anyone wants access to them). And there it is only these 2 segfaults among thousands of logs:
