Throughout the integration tests, auxiliaryAccounts is set to shared.origin.accounts (e.g., https://github.com/OpenST/mosaic-contracts/blob/develop/test_integration/02_stake_and_mint/01_stake_and_mint.js#L90):

    auxiliaryAccounts = shared.origin.accounts;

It should instead be set to shared.auxiliary.accounts.
