Podracer struct which contains names is known #17

The struct which contains pointers to the names is now documented in OpenSWE1R/swe1r-tools#27

The other struct with the handling data is still not known.

The handling data struct as it appears in the file is also known now. Although there appears to be a difference about where the IsectRadius is stored
