Currently this requires that the api domain in the peyotl config be set to phylesystemapi or devphylesystemapi, because the redirects from api don't catch the URLs starting with /phylesystem/ e.g. https://github.com/OpenTreeOfLife/peyotl/blob/master/peyotl/api/phylesystem_api.py#L53

We can update the redirects or the get in peyotl, but I wanted to make this note so I would remember!
