I have several dead nodes, and I have a Mac so I am unable to use Silicon Labs Simplicity Studio and the Zensys Tool as they all run on Windows, therefore i cannot force remove the dead nodes. How can I do this with OZWCP?

It looks like you can do it directly with MQTT at the moment: https://github.com/OpenZWave/qt-openzwave/blob/master/docs/MQTT.md#removeFailedNode
