Admin dashboard with authentication.

View and manually edit things at a higher level than the API allows.

@fumblehool are you clear on where #331 fell short and understand the acceptance criteria?

Rather than assign anyone this issue, I'd like just see a new PR opened with the authorization piece added in. But sure, if you're clear on it I'll assign it to you. Let me know
