Order refreshing while selecting address with mouse

When you try to create a new order in the back end of the site, when you get to the address fields, if you enter a postcode, the page refreshes at the point of the postcode being completed and doesn't fill the rest of the fields like it used to.

This issue is backend only, front end of the site works fine for both issues.

Steps to replicate:

1. Login to the admin
2. Create a new customer for a new order
3. In the address fields type our office postcode (BH13NA) in either "Street Address" or "Zip/Postal Code"
4. The first part of the address predict shows, but if you try to click the address, the page refreshes and none of the fields are completed other than the postcode.
