Should the attitude and thrust be provided in NED frame or body frame for offboard attitude control?

Hi Nuno, obviously Firmware bug repo isn't the right place for support calls. Should this be posted in http://discuss.px4.io/c/configuration-and-flight-modes ? Is there a specific place for generic Mavros discussions?
