On version 1.9.2 FMUv3 I am not able to get HIL_ACTUATOR_CONTROL messages when in HITL mode and using X-PLANE or Airsim simulator. All commits after commit 1ef9b5e in PX4 make HIL_ACTUATOR_CONTROL not working. Commit 3859bbb worked for me. I tried to test next commits but I was not able to compile all commits after 3859bbb until commit 1ef9b5e. Because between these two commits, there were changes in ECL module, I tried an older version (ecl commit: acde4eb instead of 721f5e6) of ECL on 1ef9b5e and it started to work. So bug is somewhere between these two commits in ECL.
