EGFR MET Barcoded Amplicons Validation

Summary

This dataset consists of two SMRT Cells with two movies each in bas.h5 format (C2C2) or two SMRT Cells with 3 bax.h5 movies each (P4C2). Each target amplicon in the EGFR-MET Fluidigm Array is barcoded with a different barcode pair from the standard PacBio 16bp barcode set (48 pairs).

Validation for barcodes can be done by resequencing these data against the EGFR_MET reference dataset. Each barcode should map to only a single target amplicon.
