安装sh build_env.sh依赖时报错：No matching distribution found for decord>=0.6.0，在尝试源码编译安装decord时，Python环境会产生冲突。decord需要Python3.6的，而paddlemix需要Python3.9

麻烦请注释掉decord试试哈～

注释掉可以跑，但是只能跑图像类的吧，是不是视频的就不行了

同学，我用python3.10的可以跑哦。麻烦再试试，如果有报错，请提供下paddle,python,paddlenlp以及cuda版本哈～感谢
