Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Attempting to control these devices via an GlobalCache iTach. It's an IP connection over 4999, and the plugin disables PowerOn() whenever you have an IP socket connection.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a config value to override the WoL functionality
