There doesn't seem to be any, in either the README or in the header files themselves. The original link describes a bit more, but it'd be nice to see an example of use, and some documentation of the functions themselves in the respective header files.

Yeah, pull requests are welcome.

I don't have much time or interest in maintaining libfixmath myself, I just took a copy when Google Code went down to keep libfixmatrix functional.
