Send and receive BLE advertise payloads to all devices in range

Hi,

I have progressed well with my Flutter app using this incredible flutter_reactive_ble. All the read/write payloads to services and characteristics are sorted but got stuck with advertising.

I now need to send advertising payloads to all devices in range, as well as receive advertising payloads. Is this possible in this package and which methods/commands should I use for this? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
