I just synced my files to github branch Slicer-v2. Some notes:

The 3d viewer is a previewer and renders 8x8x8 areas as 1 voxel (for speed and memory consumption)
The slicer is very slow and has bugs on floodfill inner parts (should we port this to java(script) and call as plugin?)
Gyroid infill plugin is not yet functioning, I am awaiting a new infill version which accepts command line parameters
OpenCV and SciPy are new libraries needed
