Typo in piwigo-openstreetmap/admin/admin_tag.php preventing Tag Creation #260

Hello,

just had a bit of trouble after a fresh install and then found this one on line 151 in admin_tag.php

if (flase !== ($json = @file_get_contents($osm_url, false, $context))) {

After fixing typo from flase to false, stuff started working. Plugin was installed via the Admin Dashboard.
