Remove use of boost noncopyable.

Fixes Issue(s)

Reduces dependency on boost.

Filed as internal issue #156191.

This leaves one in a wrap file in usdImaging(wrapGL), it
just removes them from C++ code in favor of standard constructs
(i.e. =delete, =default).

It would be really helpful if this and #374 could land sometime soon.
