[Build] Make examples+tutorials optional. #594

Description of Change(s)

This makes the examples set (usdObj, etc) optional to build. This is desirable for applications embedding a USD build which want a minimal set of components.

* Enable domelight related test cases like:
- testUsdImagingGLInstancing_SceneIndex_instancedCubes
- testUsdImagingGLDomeLight
- [hdx] Show DomeLights as a skydome
Creating the SkydomeTask to render the domeLight texture as a skydome. This additional task is added to
the _renderTaskIds as the first task in the HdxTaskController so that the AOVs are properly cleared.
- Modify baseline for
testUsdImagingGLMaterialXadsklibNodes_sphere
testUsdImagingGLMaterialXadsklibNodes_shaderball
- disable testUsdImagingGLMaterialXCustomNodes_customColor for further fix
