Top-Level Namespaces would be almost like separate instances of the site. They would each have their own domain, and their own requirements for making a faction. For example:
factions.place → For r/place factions, and you need a Discord server with some amount of members
pxls.to → For Pxls factions, and you need a Pxls faction with some amount of members
streamer.place → For xQc, and the restriction is paying us $2k/mo
Etc etc.
Of course, factions would only exist on one top-level namespace. For example, factions.place/osu can exist, but that doesn't mean pxls.to/osu exists (if it does, then it's a different faction)
The site would have a switcher in the header, like a dropdown, to switch between the top-level namespaces. I'm imagining, like, a nice big dropdown with big padding, some icons, and each top-level namespace having its own text color (maybe that color gets applied as the accent color site-wide depending on what top-level namespace you're in)
