web-animations-next/web-animations.html file missing

Anyone else getting this starting today 11/11/2014...

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.polymer-project.org/components/web-animations-next/web-animations.html"

and

"Imported resource from origin 'http://www.polymer-project.org' has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. "

ps: not loading 'web-animations.html' in my project directly.

Figured out that "http://www.polymer-project.org/components/web-animations-next/web-animations.html" is loading from http://www.polymer-project.org/components/core-animation/web-animations.html....

I installed polymer 0.5.1 through bower today and im getting the same issue.
