ID Resets to 1 After Import

Hi there! First off, thanks for this tool. I've just started using it and it's very promising.

I'm running into a bit of an issue while using it though. After creating some issues (say, 1 through 5), saving, and restarting Burp, I re-import my replicator.txt and add some more issues. The numbering for these start at 1, not 6. The export file shows the same.
