In Chameleon 2.0 and PageForms 4.5 (also in 4.4.2) the edit button (pencil icon) disappears as soon as you set {{#default_form:Form-Name}}.

This means that only in the edit menu "edit source" is available and there is no possibility to go bac to the form (action=formedit).
