Resources improvement

I was under the impressions resources would just be a link list to external urls. I think I am still unclear what resources content looks like, specifically (links, text, images?, pdfs?, all the above) and how they are different from the "Project Link"

So I think the resources are meant to look like this @ralphcutler #186 the design only shows single links for resources, but the resource data type has title, description, file, and link properties. Let me know what you think @ralphcutler @colleenskemp @shrutimehta13
