Test segment analytics on qiskit.org with a sample project #111

#74 added segment analytics to the theme but there is no existing way to test it except for deploying it on qiskit.org. We discussed in sprint meeting that it would be a good idea to have a way to test on a sample project, kind of like a staging environment, before deploying it to production.

This was tested on production and it is working
