There is no description for the shell in the "Create new App" screen #362

The shell does not contain description on the app, so the "Create new App" description is empty. (from BDT)

@AdamSharon - we don't have a description in other deployment options as well, i don't think we should provide one in this case also.
@Shnitselon - what do you think?

seems self-explanatory. if we leave descriptions out, "vCenter VM From Image" has a description that should be removed.

We opened the bug since there were other shells with description, and it looked inconsistent.

We will remove the description from the OpenStack and the Vcenter ones.
