At the end... I think I was wrong... REST is better

First I do Rest for everything. Then I think we will have to implement websocket realtime for all monitoring features.

I think websocket is only usefull for 1) Push notification 2) duplex communication.
Here both are not required.

As LXD do not provide json result for the "lxc info <container_id>" command, this feature is posponed.
