We need some monitoring for regovar-server, including:

metrology (JRDS or similar) to make sure we get the most out of the hardware, understand limiting factors and identify the best investments (hardware & software) to be done;
supervision (at least Smartmontools for hardware) to learn about incidents & failures ASAP (both for hardware & software) ⇒ send emails for harware issues (like HDD SMART failures) and critical software issues (like detected intrusions).
