Downloading historical data as csv does not give a pure csv #8

I just downloaded some historical data from Aachen Orsbach.
After downloading and chosing csv, I got a zip file.
After extracting the zip file, there is a csv with the data, and a meta_data.csv
However, the meta_data csv is actually a json.
