Use case: set 'Pool team' and 'story points' for all created tasks.
Current way requires to have this in each config, which makes it problematic to share "common" set of issues between teams.

I think we could introduce defaults section where one could specify settings that will be applied to all issues. The question is what to do with overrides. I would propose to apply default to every item and if there the same value inside a particular issue item then the issue item settings will "update" the default value (for list/dict use update/extend). And would prefer not to enable "removing" a value. I do not want to implement fmf features. :-) Would that be sufficient?
