Sometimes customers that return an item will still receive an email notification for a review. I'm wondering if we can hook into the credit memo/refund event in Magento and cancel the scheduled email in those situations.
a) is this on the roadmap, and if not
b) would you accept a pull request that adds this functionality (behind a toggle flag in admin store config)?
