问题描述

自定义弹幕屏蔽词
希望能够实现弹幕屏蔽词功能，这样可以屏蔽一些弹幕（参考b站网页端）

描述解决方案

能够同步云端的屏蔽词，并且根据屏蔽词不显示部分弹幕（b站官方的网页端，手机端均有实现）
