Instead of trying to release locally (which often fails), let's release from GitHub Actions.

There is a good article there : Deploy Your GitHub Project to Maven Central from GitHub actions. However the need to create a pull request doesn't makes me feel good. Instead, I will use the method I alreadyuse in rrss2imap : trigger the release by ... creating a GitHub release!

Wait, github-actions-release-maven is also good (and it uses the interesting human trigger for github action)
