DHRS or Decentralized Health Record System was designed using Bootstrap, NodeJS, Cloud Functions, Google Vision API and Hyperledger Fabric blockchain primarily to decentralized the health records of the patients for a smooth transition right from the begining of scheduling an appointment to the final billing.
