GNAT not loading in ArcMAP Toolbox

Hello!

I am trying to explore the usage of Geomorphic Network and Analysis Toolbox in deriving the hydrological parameters of the rivers in our country. I followed the installation steps provided in the website, but when it did not load when I added it in the Arctoolbox. I noticed that there was a red cross mark over the icon of the toolbox

and I got this error as well after checking the syntax.

Can someone please help me solve this issue?
