As a user, I can turn the website to a dark mode so that I can reduce eye strain and improve readability in low-light conditions.

Acceptance Criteria:

The dark mode toggle is easily accessible in the settings.
When dark mode is enabled, the entire UI (including text, buttons, and backgrounds) switches to dark colour.
The transition between light and dark modes is smooth and visually appealing.
