Improve record type display in rights statement table

On organization pages, the record type column in the Rights Statement table (rights_table.html) is not wide enough on all screen sizes to incorporate some record types into a single line, resulting in the record types being difficult to decipher and distinguish where one ends and the next begins.

Describe the solution you'd like

Instead of the record type names being added into this field separated by <br>, we could try coding them as a list and style each list item to clearly show each record type separate from the next.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It's possible that a table isn't the best way to display this information in the case where there are many record types.
