Description:

Unable to import a slack export of 4.5MB

After selecting the .zip of the slack import, the progress indicator (three dots) appear. This stays like this and then a 'Connecting' label appears. Unable to send messages or change any settings after as well.

Server Setup Information:

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.61.1
  • Operating System: Linux 14.04
  • Deployment Method(snap/docker/tar/etc): docker
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: disabled
  • Node Version:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Administration > Import
  2. Select slack export file

Expected behavior:

List of users and rooms appear and I can choose which ones to import

Actual behavior:

Infinite loop of connecting and progress bars...

Relevant logs:

Logs are both empty even after setting it to debug mode.
