How to align column to start instead of middle

I have a chart, with 1 bar per hour, but instead of the bar being centered around the hour it corrosponds to, i would like it to align to the start instead.

So fx, the bar for hour 8, would match 8-9 on the chart, instead of 7.5 - 8.5.

Is this possible?
