The entities you've selected are energy sensors (entities with either attribute state_class: total or state_class: total increasing). These are stored as cumulative values in the statistics table (this is why next day's start value matches last day's end value). The apex chart card can currently only show these as the total over all time. It does not out-of-the-box support changes between the values stored at the moment. |

If you do find a way, please let me know as well. It's been requested/reported multiple times already, f.e. #697, #552, #412 |

go ahead and create a daily counter to compare the consumption figures of today and maybe yesterday or 3 days ago using the offset parameter . That should work fine. |

Hi, I recently stumbled across the Apex-Card and think it is a greate way to push HA charts to a new level. However, I am struggeling with one thing, where I am not quite sure how to find a solution or if it is possible at all: I would like to compare seonsor data from one day with a previous day, i.e. photovoltaic production today with the photovoltaic production yesterday. I thougt to pull the data from statistics, but now I am struggeling to align the data so that it always starts at 0 at midnight for each day. The chart looks like this:
What I actually want to achieve:
My current code looks likt this:
Is this possible with the Apex Card? Did not find anything here in the disucssion that might bring mo on the right track :(
Thanks!
